So there’s a girls night in and you don’t know how to look your best, don’t worry, we’ve all been there. Unless of course, some of us are a hair and makeup pro, we all end up needing some help with pulling off a unique and glamorous look. Of course none of us would want to go on a party with a bare face, so that’s no argument. Makeup is essential to women like clothes, almost. And you don’t have to go to that party sporting your regular shade of lipstick just because you think you aren’t skilled enough. Let’s hop on to the journey of discovering new makeup tricks and tips that will make your flawless natural beauty even more radiant!
- Glamorous Lips:
I seriously can’t get enough of my dark super glittery lips. There are a number of ways to achieving this highly glamorous look. The worlds of lipsticks has evolved greatly and I am sure that you can find a couple of glittery products to pull off this look but if you can’t, just get some fine cosmetic glitter and dab it on your lipstick with a q-tip and you will literally shine through the night.
- Vibrant Smokey Eye:
Your smokey eye doesn’t always have to be that regular black and gold. Generate a deep, glamorous and sultry look by infusing deep maroon with some blue-based sparkly grey. And this is just one combination. Think out of the box, you might as well find numerous tutorials over YouTube. If not, just sit in front of the mirror and play with different shades until you get your own uniquely defined look. Never forget to use a primer on your eye before applying dark eyeshadows for added depth. Another tip is to cling onto the false lashes, seriously false lashes never fail. I generally sit and cut mine down to the size and shape I want, keeping in mind the length and thickness of my natural lashes and they give my smokey eye the required oomph. Once you learn how to wear false lashes the right way, you will never be able to get enough of them, I promise.
- Glittery Cheeks:
This is a bold move! If you’re not ready for a glittery cherry red lip look, go for a more elaborate but subtle glittery cheek look. Get some fine quality greatly and gently spread a very little amount at the corners of your eye, starting from your cheek bones and ending at your dimples. You can opt for a mix of purples and pinks, or a radiant and royal gold! The options are endless and you’ll be surprised by how much you will end up enjoying this glitter play. Since it is a glitter season, you’re bound to see glitter in a lot of looks. So don’t be shy to glitter yourself up for a night out.
- Shiny Nails:
Nothing completes a party look like a glamorous nail polish job. The nail art game is super diverse now, but for parties a plain double coat of metallic nail paint should suffice. Pick a glimmering gold, dull gold or silver and it should go with any outfit and makeup you choose. If you’re planning to get a nail art from salon I’d recommend getting a metallic ombré nail in hues of purple and pink or green and dark blue. It looks magical! If you want some bling, paste sequins on your nails in different colors or patterns. Nail art industry is so evolved now a days, you’ll find a lot of looks that you can flaunt at the party.
- Ribbon Bows:
Add a touch of style to your hair by tying ‘em up with old silk ribbons you might have lying around drawers. You want to add a twist? Curl the ends of your hair if they’re long. Nothing looks more beautiful than loose curls tied loosely at the back of your head. If you’re looking for a less cluttered way of curling your hair, consider buying this cordless curling iron. It’s easy to pack and use, and it helps in the places where you don’t have power to plug it into. But if you don’t want strong, prompt curls opt for beach waves. They’re easy to get and look perfectly natural. Just section your hair into three and braid them up, then flat iron your hair and undo the braid. Tie your hair lightly with the ribbon.
I gave you all these glamorous tips so that you never have an excuse for not going on a party. Follow these glamorous tips and take your night party makeover to next level. Oh! And don’t forget to have fun!
